Apple has just announced their new iPhone X with face recognition to unlock your phone. It uses an infrared camera, infrared illuminator (for unlocking in the dark) and a dot projector to assess 30,000 points on your face. This is advanced stuff. ePAT could potentially tweak their software to take advantage of this new tech. Although it's only available on the iPhone X (which is $999 US...), this tech could possibly be carried over to later models and become mainstream. What does everyone else think?
