I don’t disagree. That’s probably a good analogy but it doesn’t preclude us comparing the two and trying to understand the various risk / reward differences between the two. Clearly CPP could enter the pear market and clearly PNC could enter the apple market so an assessment of the risks and sustainability of each strategy is well worth knowing.
