I am now very confident that this new OLAY CELLSCIENCE product range will soon introduce an OBJ magnetic applicator device. As you know, initially that supposition was based in one "magnetic applicator" reference in just one trade mark application filed in Hong Kong (reproduced below).

At the time, I thought it a bit odd that the "magnetic" reference was omitted in all the other jurisdictions (e.g. the equivalent CELLSCIENCE trade mark applications filed in China, Taiwan, Australia, etc. didn't have any "magnetic applicator" reference). So there was always the possibility, at least in my mind, that maybe the Hong Kong trade mark attorney acting for P&G accidentally cut and paste the last description of goods/services from the last trade mark application they were working on for P&G (e.g. MAGNETIC POWER INFUSER) but forgot to take out the "magnetic" reference.

Well, I think that possibility is now well and truly eliminated. Taiwan has within the last week re-vamped its online trade mark database, including the amount of detail it produces in relation to every application. Procter & Gamble's CELLSCIENCE application (reproduced below) now displays a most welcome reference to magnetism. I suspect the Olay Cellscience range will be the vehicle for OBJ's licensed product no. 4.
