    Regarding number of shares,

    BDL has 540 000 000 shares on issue, 299 000 000 options expiring 30 Sept 2005 @ 10c, and 125 000 000 covertible notes maturing same date. I guess thats 964 000 000 fully diluted to date. Correct me if this is wrong.
