So, the question is what % of carats recovered for 300,000 carats is for material recovered by artisinals? It maters because of the USD $15/ct paid to artisinals.
My numbers currently assume 50% of recovery for auction 1 is from artisinals. I'm then assuming 20% recovery by artisinals once they get into a 4-auction cycle.
Do the assumptions still seem reasonable?
