    I met a German expert/analyst last night at a conference in Singapore and he told me next to zero chance a spodumene converter will be built in Europe due to environmental reasons. So for BGS it seems it's either convert in Mali and ship carbonate/hydroxide to Europe OR ship spodumene to China. Perhaps starting with the latter and moving to the former later on is going to be the play here.
