Interesting posting the last few days......

IMO - Currently this is just a trading stock, why?

We know nothing yet so traders just having a play.

What do we know

Company has around 1 mil or so cash remaining.

HOA looks excellent on paper right location etc etc, but we now need evidence of commitment that will come in time.....either way

As i said last week its all about whats in the ground not about daily movements (unless your a trader)

One good sign.....if the land was crap perhaps a cheeky CR could have happened pre-DD at this level? No CR yet is a good sign.

This land has the potential to be massive or nothing only time will tell, however historial evidence shows the odds look fairly good.

Just remember 15th Sep is the 45 day deadline that correct? So we will know soon enough

Really you would expect this stock could be either much much higher come next Friday or the other direction.....fingers crossed for the upper!
