WOW this is alarming!! Why was the market not made aware of this development. Company pretty much admitting to design faults that need to be rectified immediately regarding Bluetooth antenna.
I am returning mine for a refund.... they are not simply a "faulty" one off pair it is a flaw in their design and Bluetooth in manufactured units to date is obviously rubbish.
Doesnt take a rogue scholar to work out why SP is tanking! Market doesnt seem to be fully informed IMO
