The whole point of the post was to say what a "dramatic" decline there has been in Australian education hence the graph with the bogus scale.
It has far less impact to say there has been a modest decline as measured by PISA ( if that was the standardized test used).
Remember that not all schools do PISA.
Not all students in all schools do PISA.
So rather than blithely agreeing and accepting the data why don't you ask questions about it?
