Some people definitely have BT problems.

BT4.2 is used in all these devices. BT is not perfect, and dislikes body mass intensely. That's why Nuheara use NFMI between the two buds.

The BT problems are only present for a small subset of owners if you look at sales/complaints etc.

To improve BT reception you can do lots of things. They are listed in many places including the Nuheara website.

I think some of the people with issues have them due to the poor BT on their phones. I upgraded my phone to a HTC U11 when I got my buds. They worked on my old HTC M8 but are even better now.

Lots of people report line of sight reception to about 10m, exactly what the BT4.2 spec says.

For further evidence check out all of the awards IQbuds have won in such a short time. Not likely to be given to a product that does not work are they?

The drop in SP is normal for the part of the cycle of a new tech start-up. It has been exacerbated by a one big holder selling along with one big broker selling. SP as always is not a good indicator of a companies value., especially at this end of the market.
