It is also ridiculous that the company states you need to take off your phone cover and put it only in your left pocket, in which case the Bluetooth connectivity still plays up badly! The alternative is to strap it to your left arm LOL In reality this is just not practical or functional and should have been picked up in original testing that superior Bluetooth receptor required. I have no doubt that this will spur a lot of returns in existing manufactured units.
At least the company is recognising the problem (most likely due to all the returns). As shareholders ultimate aim is bottom line and I doubt with these issues next quarterly is going to be a pretty one.
