They're definitely ambitious
This is a fund launched to invest into managed futures strategy that apparently yielded 100%pa in the 5 years prior.
They then decided to scrap that strategy because they could make more than 100%pa in a completely new strategy of investing into a related party which seems to invest into other related parties?
