Observing the times when the SP has tried to push through 0.015, it's:
a) resulted from small parcels in an attempt to trigger stop losses, or
b) CXXT trades (mid-line) - trades the ordinary retailer can't do.
On each occasion when it's hit that level, it's bounced back to 0.016c, therefore an astute investor could ascertain that there is a low risk, high reward scenario playing out on a daily/weekly basis.
