Was chatting to an old fellow from Glen Innes yesterday about Taronga. So he gave a friend of his, a councilor in the shire, a ring who said that the council had passed it some time ago, so there must be some other holdup.
Another bloke who heard that the mine was going to reopen, 3 years ago, bought the Emmaville pub, a town near Taronga, in anticipation.
