Ann: Response to ASX Query, page-16

The ASX did have a meeting with LWP last week to discuss a number of issues which would have included the R&D rebates and other items. They are also reviewing LWPs recent reply where they admit a number of listing rule breaches and likely breaches of the Corporations Act. Given they lied in the previous ASX Query reply, perhaps the ASX will do something this time?
Given they are already in suspension, there may not be much more the ASX can do without ASIC stepping in.

LWP seem to have taken themselves off monthly cashflow reports and still no word on why the Preliminary Final Report hasn't been lodged.
