Orson, I think you will find Holden are on the record as saying they planned to leave well before the Libs came into power. I know first hand the effort Holden's are doing to help their employees move forward but they cannot get any positive press about it. Positive doesn't rate. The employment rate has gone down why. People leaving the State, people removing themselves from looking for employment, and very large numbers being employed by the public service.
