My guess is they have received verbal/email confirmation and a remittance advice for Tranche 1 + balance of off-take payment (maybe) and are waiting until Monday when funds hit the bank to update the market… May also have something to do with JZ being busy in Salta, different timezones etc as to why a formal Ann didn't come today.
But let's be clear, Airguide don't get their 2nd 10M of options until the deal is done…

QQ are on a 140% 'paper' profit from the issue of ~198M shares @ 8.5c
The equity placement for $16.9M is now valued at over $40.4M.
A 'paper' profit of $23.5M in 30 days
They pretty much get 1500T of battery grade LCE for free.
