Relax peeps a TO is coming. Strategic partner needed shares to cap it somehow. Klaus always planned to find it, somewhat define it n sell it. Only way a strategic TO would happen at such an early stage was to stop the s.p in its tracks and keep the TO price resonable for such an early play not withstanding its size and importance especially after hole 1 results. Selling 15million shares to a strategic investor to cap it, like we have seen the past week achieves this. Hole 7 results does not factor in. They will be great and expect a TO ann soon after.
