This seems to be an issue with many XPE holders. We read the announcements and based on the fiduciary duties of the BoD, we expect these announcements to shed light on XPE.
IMO The announcements do provide current status and some future expectations ....... except probably not up to SH expectations for eg an update on CEDIA 2017 which is pretty disappointing, yes; updates on events/announcements usually were not accompanied by further immediate updates after events or dates, as I noticed the trend that what's been announced especially on dates will be taken forthwith thereon (that's my observation PDYOR) - hence, why I made some assumptions on what's written in the announcements and of recent days, in the Raisebook. For eg, Catalogue of smart products will be available by end August 2017.
However, for certain announcements which may be "price-sensitive" information and which is what SH or market is waiting for, (as I believe - this is just my opinion - don't take my words PDYOR) is probably pending some forefront decisions to be made by Xped partners.
Having said that, as frustrating as the situation is, I am personally glad that we had a latest Company Update and Open Letter. Depending on each SH's opinion, IMO, the Mgmt did their best to communicate with SH to the best of their abilities (tho' I know not everyone will agree with me on this).
When XPE told me the CN was at a premium, I believed them. When Marty praised Athan for raising this capital, in the Q&A announcement, it gave additional credibility.
We were told CN holder did not sell. Hard to accept that statement, I know, but I hope we can see the Top 20 once the Future Placement Shares is completed ...
When XPE announce a partnership with Microsoft, I expect it to be more than a simple case of filling in an application form.
I believe there have been much advancement in the relationship with Microsoft and probably with Jemsoft too. I posted an article in The Australian on Face Recognition recently. We will just have to wait for announcement on Microsoft and Jemsoft.

When XPE announce they are unaware of any changes to holdings of larger holdings after the SP plummet [the first one], I don't expect to see Aegian Pal, a Lekkas family trust missing from the next T20.
Difficult to comment on this. Family trust - sometimes, it is not just one person's decision.
When XPE announce a major company has made a capital pledge, later to be revealed as Intel, I do not expect multiple CR's at the SP low as a reward to SH's.
True. I agreed with you on your thoughts. But the capital pledge is from Intel - Xped Mgmt has no say or whatsoever if Intel is not ready yet with their funds or to proceed with their capital pledge or even if they decide otherwise, at any point of time. As we know, Mobileye takeover by Intel has jz completed.
I gave my view previously. Before the CR, there was a resolution for Future Placement Shares. That was then rescinded, and replaced with a CR. Then the resolution on another different Future Placement Shares was proposed which is the current one - which I personally believe has not been completed. Neither has the allotment of shares to the 3 Directors is completed. There is no announcement to denounce the resolutions hence, I personally take it as still pending and incomplete .... JMO PDYOR
