    Evidently resignation of Kovacs is supposed to pacify investors, but there really needs to be a full investigation and some prosecutions here, otherwise what is the point of a trust deed or prospectus ?

    No doubt in a few years we will find out what fraud / incompetence has been committed. it will be academic by then.
