I really don't understand why you would join a class action to sue a company that you remain a shareholder of. It is like suiing yourself. It only compounds the pain you have already been through. Those people out there peddling and promoting this type of litigation used to be reviled, but nowadays they get away with it by a fallacious argument that it is all about access to justice and fighting for fair, where the truth is its all about making as much money as possible for themselves.
