re: bad press..speed cameras lie.. You just posted the proof....the fact the toll has stopped rising while population vehicles etc have been rising means in fact the policies are working....in real terms the toll has continually been reducing.
Speed enforcement is only one arm of many road safety strategies it just happens to be the most contentious because it hits the wallet...also I might add the most effective because of the wallet!
