I think you will find that management has changed since the events you are complaining about. I suggest you look at board/management changes since November 2016. The current Board have cleaned up the capitalisation and have taken steps to manage the capital they have raised quite astutely as evidenced by the recent call on the convertible issue. Much of the assessment work that needs to be done cannot be achieved on fresh air and will require some money to be invested in drilling and trenching work.
