If someone wanted to fire missiles a hundred kilometres above my roof there is no harm being done so beyond complaining I would do nothing. Different story if one hit my roof, that would be an act of war and I'd have to try and fight back.
I would also have defenses in place that might be able to destroy an incoming missile before it reached my roof.
In the case of Nth Korea they have been making noises and threats for decades without following through, so based on past experience there is probably nothing to worry about.
The US is the bigger worry as they seem to love stirring up wars and invading other countries. And they have been getting away with it because the countries invaded had poor military capability. But Nth Korea with it's nukes and ICBM's has the capacity to fight back and really inflict some damage on the US and/or it's allies.
