“The geological chance of success in Mt Kitty is 100% because Mt Kitty-1 has already established a natural gas and helium resource.
The chance of commercial success is dependent on Mt Kitty-2 proving that an economic gas flow rate can be achieved on test and establishing a commercially viable development of either natural gas and/or helium.
We believe that the gas processing required to produce pipeline quality natural gas will be prohibitive unless an upside resource outcome eventuates and have not evaluated the commercial potential of the helium.
Based on current information, we estimate the chance of commercial success to be negligible at this stage.”
