It's the corporate calendar for September 2017 . Have a look at Thursday 28th of September, in that list is the ticker AVZ.
Thursday 28th September is the day AVZ releases it annual report.

2 week period preceding the announcement of:
(i) the annual results; and
(ii) the half yearly results; and

Dates of sale were - 12th, 13th and 14th of September.
From the last date ie 14th of September. Klaus's transactions were executed right before the 'closed/blackout period' opened ie
2 week period from the 14th of Sept last equals Annual report announcement date of the 28th of September. So he ran it hard up on ( A) the commencement of the
2 week period preceding the announcement of the Annual.
Klaus hand passes 10 million shares at 15c to to a strategic investor just before the opening of the blackout period.
Wow that strategic investor with a spare $1.5m to burn, sounds like a right idiot...Klaus manages to get the results , they are shite, realises that the blackout period is about to fall shut , but manages to find a mug investor just in the nick of time. (Element of sarcasm included )
I think it was Wednesday we did see an on market buy of $1m come in around 15c...obviously another idiot. lol, maybe Klaus was just sharing the love.
Seriously guys get a grip. Some real rubbish being written on these threads at the moment...noticed how many of the well researched have dropped off from posting here.
I'd say theres a few comfortably sitting back watching the HC posters create a panic and they'll be keen to pick up what they can.
