Why doesn't he comply ?

'at any time when he or she is in possession of unpublished, information which, if generally available, might materially affect the price or value of those AVZ securities'

When did he gain possession of the results @Namvo ? There's many ways to skin a cat. 5 days after results from hole 1 as per the ann , Ann was 12th, results should be 17th at the earliest...just running some logic sauce ...he'd need the results by Friday or over weekend to review and write up...he stopped selling on the 14th. Wouldn't be difficult to convince ASIC IMO
