You could assemble a modular concentration plant using parts ordered from www.alibaba.com for like AU$50,000 but it would break down all the time.
From what I can see on American, German, Canadian, Australian and South African manufacturers there is a lot of choice and different products. Presumably NTL wouldn't go down the Chinese route to avoid breakdowns.
If they are looking to make concentrate powder they would need a few conveyor belts, a hopper, a crusher, a ball mill, a concentrator unit and a motor or two to run it... $250,000?
For the scale NTL is talking it's not actually that much of a big deal in terms of cost, but the output at the high grades will mean the reward is fantastic.
