From today's buyback notice:
Highest price allowed under rule 7.33: A$3.3270
S32's brokers are unconstrained by this ceiling. Plenty of price room to romp around.
The annual results announcement raised the buyback to $US750m, while today's statement refers to having bought $A313 of $US503m. I guess the second tranche is accounted for separately. Plenty more buying ahead.
