The provision was for the FY17 accounts. In FY18, no doubt they will have an ongoing provision until a clear resolution is confirmed. By my models, I still have them making an accounting profit in FY18.
Look at the rate of growth in ANPR cameras and parking ticket revenue. That drives the top line significantly.
