Perhaps I over shared for this forum but I just wanted to remind you there are real people at the end of your words not just someone to playez with. If you have genuine concern as a non shareholders perhaps you can assist the Shareholders if the POH board are found not to be meeting their obligations. It appears your experience will be invaluable if this is found to be the case.
