You might be right that the money is not in MPO's account as yet but, I thought that a committment was made as to the placement, therefore payment should follow.

As for negotiating a new price, I could not see how it could be done. If Baillieu ask for a reprice, in my opinion it would loose credibility in future dealings and placements.

But, in the share market, although I don't agree if this happens, anything is possible.
