I think you are wrong in your basic reason why it is delayed. The reason for the delay and hence the supplementary prospectus is the fact that they realised they were going to need an extension for the Convertible notes. The timeline was just too tight. Once you changed the terms of the notes which is minimal really you have to issue a supplementary prospectus which needs to be kept open for a period of one month. I think you will find that they will make the $2 million quite comfortably and probably go for the full amount. If you were at the AGM ALL Directors were very confident that they had the money. Basically they said the money was ready to go. Lets see how things pan out over the next 30 days.
