I raised this issue on Friday (see "placement on the MPO thread) - Not being privy to the placement doc's I raised the issue as part of my DDR pre purchase - thought it would be unusual not to have a "repricing out" in the placement, which would mean either of more shares to be issued at a lower placement price to raise desired funding or less capital raised on a lower SP.

Can anyone on HC confirm that the placement @ 25c is irrevocable and unconditional?
