I have decided to address this nonsence - this is the DRC, the Chinese could get this mine into production before PLS if they needed to. Note: There is also a whopping established railway in DRC to take product to port. The government approvals process in the DRC to mine and export is less than in the Pilbara, whether that is a good thing is another matter. We are talking the Chinese who many years ago were building a city the size of Perth on a monthly basis - the Chinese get things done quickly. So if the Chinese buy in and decide to develop I expect this mine to be in production within 3 years from takeover date. All IMO
