The pendulum is swing back to the graphite sector SYR just announced a huge cap raising its only a
matter of time until we hopefully announce funding for stage two and then with the boards contacts get institutional buying on board.
I think our cap raisng IMO will be oversubscribed hence we are seeing a rise in the share price due to shareholders that sold out some or all of their holdings not being able to get back in at the lower numbers

remember we only need 100 share holders at $15000 to reach 1.5 millon
or 200 at $7500
