Personally I'm not concerned either whether you're concerned. This is a forum for discussion. Management is very important to me too, you're not the messiah there, but I like to focus on the things that matter, things like progress and results, not the frivolous things which you seem to like to highlight. Other than another theoretical obligation of the ASX that isn't even, as the legal observation showed, unambiguously defined, who as an investor really gives a hoot whether there is an 'official' resident of Australia in the directorship? All I care about is the directorship ability to continue to grow the company. By any normal measurement, the growth of revenue and push to profitability int he last year or two has been immense. On this basis I have confidence that they can continue to grow the company and make us investors very happy. And that will happen regardless of whether we have a 'resident' director or not.
