$9m is at the low end of what I thought they'd need to execute Jaws though, so is that a good sign that SA Govt grants may be more like 8 than 4 - and that other sources of capital may become available; tax refunds, pre-sales agreements, debt funding, etc..?

In general, I agree that the fast clip this is ticking along at is positive and things are getting done. If it costs us some dilution I think the prize at the end of the day could be more than worth it.
