That's OK, I have felt that way myself.
I need to understand why a stock which has better concentrations of U in its drill results (than neighbours) and has more land for further exploration (than neighbours) does not rise as madly as those neighbours do. Case in point, BMN.
In an attempt to understand it I arrive at several possible contributors.
1) Massive Selling. The obvious selling by Westpac Nominees and then ANZ nominees. Maybe this wasn't the major reason for EXT not rising but if a stock is sold down everytime it starts to rally then it is damned hard for that stock to keep rising.
2) Stigma. Once it is perceived as a go-nowhere stock, the money flows to others. A rising stock attracts even more money and so it goes.
I expect (1) to be resolved within the next 10 days and (2) to be resolved with a fresh start on the TSX. Maybe none of it will happen, I dunno.
It can't hurt that they will need to take stock away from the ASX to seed it on the TSX, that can only be a good thing. Restrict supply of stock here just as the drill results and scoping study start coming in.
