What would help is a new Investor presentation, perhaps accompanying the first tin sale.
Get rid of that photo of the production pond which has been there for at least the last 5 presentations. Just the sight of that photo is a "oh no, not again, nothing's changed".
A decent advertising like production with visual appeal and inspiring forecasts with the temptation of gold and cobalt thrown in, to titillate the enthusiasm of would be investors and kick this company off the .008 forever.
