@Holla speak for himself. Holla is a believer and has down a lot of ground work on this one, from what I have read, and his money is behind what he is saying.
Regarding the "accumulation theory" I must correct you there with facts. The T50 definitely shows positive signs of growth rather than sell offs and the holdings are getting larger for a few of the players who are jostling holdings rankings. So I will just fact check you on your use of the word 'theory', my friend. It goes from hearsay to FACT when the evidence points to ACCUMULATION and not SELL-OFF.
Regarding my own assessment. Well I guess I will begin by backing my words with some charts. The following chart shows and supports why I made my statement about holders accumulating and the market waiting. This chart shows a 1 year overview of S/I's for Micro caps at the moment. Information Technology is underperforming for the whole S/I ASX tickers at this present time. It is sitting at the bottom @[-0.61%] for the year.
I have included a snapshot of the Tickers who are close, alphabetically, to NOR. NOR is in the TOP 33 of the full group but you will see 2 interesting things here. EPS is [+65.5%]/CASHFLOW [+65.6%] (affecting shareholders) for the year; the reason why I think sh's are still buying more; but you will notice that REV is negative [-75%]. Now, from my experience ONLY, this is a good indicator as to market interest. They are waiting for some change in revenue direction (UP), and hopefully, with a good deal, we should see NOR being one of the best performers in this sector. Again, IMO.

By the way, IT, has some of the highest surges in the Nano Tech stocks which makes it a particularly volatile sector for investing in. So I will refer back to my 2 or 3 comments over the past couple of days where I said that new investors and current small to mid holders are waiting for a big revenue announcement with NOR. This is why I am disagreeing with you about market sentiment and the proof, for me, is also confirmed with the continuing volatility of IT stocks added to Global jitters.
The second piece of information regarding the market is Australia and the percentage if IT stocks on the ASX as compared to the rest of the world and why there is such swings in this sector. Here is a good article to back my views.

So there is my viewpoint. I am not giving Financial Advice, and of course, I will not tell you to go to the bank on this...it is simply how I am interpreting the data gyro.
