Hi Sackloth, I think it's as per percentage ownership so MIN would pay same as Gangfen $20m, think I read NMT income first six month $7 m, loan $5m, so only $2m due if that, next six month income due NMT $10m so any divi from RIM to NMT may be in Jan 18 if they pay at end of term.
Next year all at 6%, plus perhaps increase in ore price so estimate $14m for first six month 2018 giving roughly $28m for the year, these figs are rough estimates on what I think they may get depending upon price of ore and volumes produced.
Of course NMT may recieve one off cash payment from any buy in from JV partner for titanium or battery recycling or some other deal they do which could allow divi payment from NMT, failing that it looks like Jan 18 or Aug 18 before divi may be paid from lithium ore sales alone, only my thoughts on things as I see them, others please correct me if wrong, Loop.
