if the russian economy is going gangbusters, and i think it soon will be, they'll need buku energy, and build lotsa nuke plants to cope. to fuel these they may have to resort to using ex military stockpiles if countries like lil ol' oz declines their sales pitches. any reduction in military reserves has to be a good thing.
this deal with india is ludicrous.
i have u stocks myself pdn ags etc, but i would much rather earn a little less and give the kids a future.
