Dont think that is acceptable for people paying US $300 a pair. A deal breaker as you will still get drop outs after doing this in my experience. If you walk like a robot ok but when jogging moving about etc still get drop outs. This should have been picked up in extensive testing prior to launch.
Great to see company has acknowledged the issue... but shareholders obviously need to know short term $$ impact... costs to bottom line to replace all the antennas & more concerning lost consumer confidence in the brand. In its absolute infancy this cannot be underestimated. Idea on % of units being returned would be helpful (company will never disclose this)
All the market cares about is $$ and growth.
