Agreed. They effectively handed the instos an instant 30-40% profit. I don't know how many of the CR shares have since been off loaded, but it would certainly be interesting to know. Getting clearance from China is obviously absolutely vital, but is not akin to receiving a blank cheque as they'd still have a lot of work to do to get their product moving.
