Seriously Jakers, have a Snickers and take a lithium pill. You've gone from BGS's biggest critic to biggest fan pretty quick. Remember when you were the one being the most over the top critical we had seen in a long while?

It is pretty well known that when there is takeover interest, games get played to manipulate holders to sell out cheap (who would've thought, buying something cheaper is beneficial to the buyer). Nothing new at all.

I'd suggest you try to take on board other peoples opinions, or at least try and understand their viewpoint for a change. Maybe you'll learn some things without having to learn the hard way. Everyone has a different risk/reward tolerance and investment strategy, it's possible whoever you are arguing with is also right.

Whenever someone tries to have a reasonable discussion or viewpoint, it is clear you believe you are 100% correct all the time (no one is) and see it as your vendetta to have to shoot them down ASAP, seriously, it isn't healthy.

I'm sure plenty of people here remember when you were the biggest critic of BGS, kind of a bit hypocritical. It's really hard to take you with any seriousness at the moment.

PS - that $25m comment I think is was what could be described as a 'generalisation' and/or 'humour', it wasn't to be taken literally, just pointing out in this scenario a companies value can drop to a level well below fair value.
