TPG spending re capital is probably understated, given the comments a few weeks ago by Telstra CTO (I think) that the TPG spend on network build for their mobile was less than Telstra spend on their mobile network yearly maintenance.
Cannot help thinking the mobile segment is similar to our airline market, two operators works, three and one struggles, now whats going to happen with a fourth?
