    According to ML this morning he is expecting news any day now.

    Not sure if this will be for a TO announcement, metallurgy reports, drilling plan, drilling commencing, etc but he is expecting news.

    Can the lack of buyers be related to any TO discussions? Eg. if someone like Huayou has been increasing their holding, would they have to stop once TO discussions commenced?
