I understand advice is not approved but really can't work out what to do here. As an early shareholder I am irredeemably under-water on this one, only about $1K share value left. It seems if I accept the offer, there will be likely an equity raising which will reduce the value even further. If I hang on it is likely the shareholding will be squeezed out of existence. Really Hobson's choice. If there are any other hangers-on out there, any suggestions?
