my forecast is $10 per share in 10 years time, or when the final stage to bring our capacity up to 100m gals per year. Think about it once Georgia Stage II is completed:
production: 100m gals/yr
price: $US25/gal
revenue: $2,500 mill per yr
profit margin: 30%
net profit: $US 750m per yr
# of shares on issue: 1,262,172,800
earnings per share: 59.4c/share
PE multiple: 15
share price (US$): $US 8.91 per share
Exchange rate: 80c/$A
share price ($A): $11.14
$10 per share is achievable with a 26% profit margin. A 15% profit margin would give a price of $5.57 - still 28 times today's closing price. I am not selling for quids at this early stage. This could fund not only my retirement but my children's retirement as well.
what could possibly go wrong?
